Authorization: The customer authorizes A to Z Tree Service to perform the services described above on the specified property. Customer confirms they are the property owner or have authority to authorize this work.
Workmanship: All work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner using industry-standard equipment and practices.
Cleanup: All debris generated from the described services will be removed from the property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Property Access: Customer agrees to provide clear access to the work area. Any obstacles that prevent access may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the customer prior to commencing work.
Payment:
Insurance: A to Z Tree Service is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Liability: A to Z Tree Service is not responsible for damage to underground utilities (pipes, cables, sprinkler lines, etc.) that are not properly marked or disclosed by the customer prior to work.
Weather: Work may be delayed due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. A to Z Tree Service will reschedule at the earliest available date at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy: If the customer cancels this agreement after signing, a $300.00 cancellation fee will be charged to cover scheduling, preparation, and administrative costs.
By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this service agreement. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and A to Z Tree Service of Citrus County.
